On August 13th 2021, Fleming College announced the decision to require all individuals attending our campuses to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. 1-113 Policy  

This decision is supported by our Public Health partners and will be a significant safety measure for the Fleming Community who attend our campuses to work or learn. This requirement extends to all vendors and contractors who work on our campuses, without exception.  As a valued partner with a shared interest in a safe and healthy workplace for your employees, we look forward to your support in this initiative.   

Attached you will find key dates and the tools available to your staff to satisfy this requirement prior to attending our campus.

Note  – All Vendors and Contractors must submit proof of vaccination;

• Proof of partial vaccination ( 1 dose) due by Sept 6th^th
• Proof of full vaccination ( 2 doses)  due by Oct 19^th

We ask you to communicate this information with your staff to avoid delays in their ability to attend campus. Anyone who has not satisfied the requirements detailed above will be unable to enter our campus effective September 7^th.
