The Diversity Community of Practice
This group of students, staff, faculty and alumni are interested in diversity at Fleming College and meet to discuss challenges and opportunities related to diversity issues. Their goal is to help ensure that Fleming College remains a diverse and inclusive environment for everyone in the Fleming Community.
In support of the College’s approach to the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (A.O.D.A.), this website should be where you start whenever you have questions about accessibility. Fleming College’s goal is not merely to be compliant with this important piece of legislation, but to prepare our faculty and employees to be leaders in accessibility. We want to ensure that everyone realizes the importance of their role when fostering an inclusive and accessible college environment for all.
