Director, Physical Resources
Terry joined Fleming College in 2014 after spending 14 years in facility operations with the London District Catholic School board. As Director of Physical Resources he provides leadership to the many areas of this dynamic department including Capital Planning and Projects, Facility Operations, Security, Emergency Management & Parking and the Department of Health and Safety.
Manager, Capital Projects
Gareth joined the Fleming College in May of 2018 from another education institution in Ontario. He is responsible for project management on a variety of Physical Resources capital projects as part of the Fleming College strategic plan.
Manager, Security, Parking and Emergency Management
John is responsible for security and parking at Fleming since January 2009 after spending 10 years with the Department of University Safety at Carleton University in Ottawa. He has a BA Law from Carleton and is an Auxiliary Police Volunteer with the Peterborough Police Service. John says the most rewarding and important part of his role is meeting with students to understand their safety concerns and putting things in place to address those concerns.
Manager, Health & Safety, Emergency Planning and Legislation
Kim joined the college in September 2015 after working with the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board. Kim acts as resource to the College, providing leadership, advice and guidance to management, staff and our three Joint Health and Safety committees. Her position works closely with a variety of governing agencies to ensure that college procedures and policies meet legislative compliance and that Fleming provides a safe working and learning environment for our community.
Manager, Project Fulfillment and Corporate Services
Mike joined the college in 2010 and has held various roles with the Physical Resources team including; Operations, Infrastructure, Grounds and Projects at all campuses and auxiliary buildings. He came to Fleming with a background in Industrial Engineering Technology looking to be part of a team that helps create functioning and ascetically pleasing space at the college. Mike executes a variety of facility renewal and enhancement projects at all campuses.
Manager, Facilities – Frost and Haliburton Campus
Rick is the newest member of the Physical Resources team coming on board as the new Facility Manager for Frost Campus. Rick has nearly a decade of progressive facility management experience supporting the post-secondary educational sector. His knowledge and skill completes the Physical Resources leadership team, as he will be the primary Facility Manager contact for Frost and Haliburton school communities
