Gareth joined the Fleming College in May of 2018 from another education institution in Ontario. He is responsible for project management on a variety of Physical Resources capital projects as part of the Fleming College strategic plan.

Rick Teasdale

Manager, Facilities – Frost and Haliburton Campus

Rick has nearly a decade of progressive facility management experience supporting the post-secondary educational sector. His knowledge and skill completes the Physical Resources leadership team, as he will be the primary Facility Manager contact for Frost and Haliburton school communities

Bryden Erdmann

Supervisor, Security and Emergency Services

Bryden joined the Physical Resources team in May 2022. As Supervisor, Security and Emergency Services, Bryden oversees Campus Security and Emergency Planning to ensure a safe working and learning environment for our community. Bryden has nearly a decade of progressive experience in security, law enforcement and emergency management within federally regulated critical infrastructure facilities. Bryden is a graduate of training programs from the Canadian Police College, Public Safety Canada, Emergency Management Ontario, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and has worked in several specialized fields including canine, aviation security, marine security, and emergency response.

Matt Markovic

Manager, Housing & Ancillary Operations

Matt joined Fleming College in 2017 after spending 11 years in Sales & Conference Management at one of Canada’s largest student housing providers in the post-secondary education sector. As Manager, Housing & Ancillary Operations, he provides leadership for many of our front-facing ancillary services, including Housing Operations, Conferences & Events, Parking, One Card, Campus Store and Food Services. He also leads Fleming’s Information Booth team, ensuring a high level of customer service is provided and that Fleming is a welcoming place for all.
