Phone Calls / Extension Integration

Webex can also function as a soft-phone for users with a Fleming extension, to both make and receive calls.  You must contact to request this feature be enabled for your account/extension.

Once enabled by ITS,  within the Webex Teams application (desktop or mobile), click on the Calls (phone) icon.  For outbound calls, enter the regular phone number you wish to dial, with a preceding “8”, just like when making calls via your extension.  To receive incoming calls, you must be logged into the Webex Teams apps.
