Update:  The steps to obtain VMware software for academic use (Students & Faculty) has changed. It is no longer available via Kivuto/OnTheHub. The new IT Academy VMware process via BrightSpace is outlined below.

1.) Click here to create an ITS ticket to request enrolment into the VMware IT Academy.  Provide your name and Fleming email address.

2.) Please allow 2-business days for processing by the ITS Department.  You will receive an enrolment invitation email from info@itacademy.brightspace.com

3.) Follow the email and these instructions to complete the VMware IT Academy enrolment.

4.) Once enrolled you can access the available software library by clicking the ‘waffle icon / 9-dots‘ and select ‘Software Products & License Keys‘.  Store the installer and license keys in a safe place.
