Orientation for New PAC Members

We want to ensure that every new PAC member is aware of how things operate and what their duties and responsibilities will be. We have created a one page sheet that you can modify and email to new members. Please also send the Consent to Obtain Information and Conflict of Interest forms at the same time.

Returned forms must be filed in a private directory within each School along with up to date contact information for each PAC member.

Once yearly the Academic Quality Office will ask for an updated email contact list from each School. This email contact list will be maintained in a private directory within the Academic Quality Office and will be used only to track membership terms and for potential internal marketing purposes.
