PAC meeting minutes are an integral part of the decision making that will help ensure currency, relevancy and responsiveness to emerging industry trends. The School Office Administrative Assistant (SOAA) role in recording this information ensures that the recommendations of the PAC are available to the College.
The SOAA records meeting minutes and distributes to the members within 3-6 weeks following the meeting and to the Academic Quality Office for storage. Please add academicqualityoffice@flemingcollege.ca to your program advisory committee email circulation lists.
At the end of the academic year, the Academic Quality Office prepares a report by program and school of PAC activity for that year. School Deans receive a copy of this report to address any discrepancies before it is taken to the Board of Governors.
Important Dates:
The academic year runs September 1 to August 31. It is required that each program have a PAC meeting within every academic year.
