In order to maintain reduced occupancy, all Fleming College campus buildings remain closed to the public. Until further notice, entry to our campus is strictly controlled and restricted to only those deemed necessary and approved by your supervisor and SMT. If you have an exception that directly supports Academic Delivery, business continuity, and request consideration, please use the appropriate form on the portal. We ask you to consider all alternative options before submitting a request to return to campus at this time.
Faculty may request consideration as an “exception” to attend campus to support academic delivery by completing this form in full. Your manager will review your request to attend campus and, if approved, will forward the request to an SMT member for secondary review and approval.
All other employees may request consideration as an “exception” to attend campus to support programs, or as part of required business continuity, by completing the following form in full. Your manager will review your request to attend campus and, if approved, will then forward the request to an SMT member for secondary approval.
If you have a contractor, vendor or guest that requires access to the campus, please complete this form. Please note, for all contractors and vendors who will be conducting work on campus, the H&S department must receive, in advance, a copy of the company’s COVID-19 safety policy and/or safe work plans.
