Fleming Student Success Coaches are non-judgmental listeners that provide support to students encountering challenges, or who feel lost navigating the services or processes that Fleming has in place. We work with students to help identify barriers that may prevent them from reaching their goals and develop a plan to overcome them.
Student Success Coaches are here to support a student’s ability to succeed or to consider non-linear pathways to success. We provide information about college policies and possible outcomes to empower students to make informed decisions and encourage self-advocacy in student success related matters. Student Success Coaches are here to work collaboratively with and compliment Fleming faculty and support services to provide a holistic student experience.
If you have questions related to your success, don’t hesitate to reach out. Reaching out for help and asking questions are important to your success.Â
