Fleming Colleagues is a social group with the intention to create a safe space for all Fleming employees who self-identify as Lesbian, Gay ,Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, 2 Spirited, Intersex, Asexual and PFLAG (Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays).

Our first goal is to create a social network and promote the contributions of LGBTQ2S+ employees at Fleming. This is an exciting time for us to be supportive of one another and other colleagues. We invite Fleming College staff from the LGBTQ2S+ community to join us and celebrate the diversity and inclusiveness we have here at Fleming College.
