The Learning Design and Support Team is a group of professionals who provide assistance to Faculty with 4 main tasks:

1. 1. Course design approaches available to investigate include the latest innovative practices and tools. Topics such as artificial intelligence as a tool for design, universal design for learning, creative learning outcomes, basic course design foundations, design for indigenous inclusion, materials and media and assessment tools and techniques.
   2. Learning technology available to include in your classrooms. LDS can help you with all of our current licenced software applications.
   3. Teaching Practice requires time to reflect on your goals and keep up to date with new research on the effectiveness of different teaching strategies. Reach out to us for methods and activities. We all have the power as teachers to engage learners while keeping ourselves engaged.
   4. Faculty Development Fleming is committed to ensuring faculty and staff have the resources they need to actively support the learning process for all students.
