You can make a Student Rights and Responsibilities report in a number of ways, the most common and effective ways to make a report are the following:

• The online complaint form
• To Fleming Security (ask for security at the information booth, dial 8000, dial 4444 for an active emergency from any College phone, or use the Fleming SAFE app)
• To a Residence Life staff (if you are a resident)
• To a staff person from Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities

Please note that talking to a faculty or staff member (including SAC/FSA and Union representatives) does not mean a formal “complaint” has been made. However, you can certainly go to any Fleming Community member for support to assist you in making a complaint.
