Contract Faculty
Contract faculty who wish to identify timetable restrictions for the upcoming academic year should complete the Faculty Timetable Restriction Form provided by their School Office.
The link to the Microsoft Form is distributed directly by your School Office and includes information regarding deadlines, submission requirements, and instructions for completion.
If you have not received the form or require assistance accessing it, please contact your Academic Workload and Staffing Specialist or School Office.
Full-Time Faculty
Full-time faculty should not complete the Faculty Timetable Restriction Form.
If you require scheduling accommodations or have approved workplace accommodations that may impact your timetable, please work directly with Human Resources and your Chair. Once approved, accommodation requirements will be communicated through the appropriate process and entered into the scheduling system for consideration during timetable development.
