Members of the public may attend Board of Governors meetings as observers. Due to limited seating, advance arrangements must be made with the President’s Office by contacting president@flemingcollege.ca. Please note that observers are not permitted to speak or participate in the meeting.

Agendas are posted approximately five calendar days before each public meeting. Minutes are approved at the subsequent Board meeting and posted thereafter.
