Please drop in or call Health Services at 705-749-5504 to schedule an appointment. Please have your provincial health card or Morcare insurance coverage card available when you book your appointment.

You can also use the QR code below to book online through Medeo. Please note that you must register for Medeo using your Fleming email before booking.

Consent forms can be downloaded here: Flu shot consent 2024-25 or pick up a copy in Health Services room A2113.

If you are a student, please ensure you have your student number ready when you check in.

Please ensure you bring a completed flu shot consent form on the day of the appointment.
