If a Fleming community member can demonstrate that their life while on campus is being impacted by something that happened off campus, the incident could fall under Fleming policy.

This can include but is not limited to:

• The involvement of another Fleming student, staff, faculty or employee of any kind and their behaviour off campus impacts your safety/experience on campus
• When students are representing Fleming college off of the schools property. For example:
  • At placement/internship,
  • On a field trip/camp,
  • Athletics event off Fleming campus
  • Fleming sanctioned event off campus
  • While representing Fleming at an off campus activity/event
