The Fleming College Foundation is a registered charity that serves as the primary fundraising vehicle for Fleming College.

Foundation Composition
Directors  |  The Fleming College Foundation’s composition is between 3-9 directors; currently 3, with the ability to change by means of a special resolution.
Members  |  All Fleming College Governors (internal and external) are considered “Members” of the Fleming College Foundation and will be included in meetings of the Members as defined within The Fleming College Foundation By-Law 1 (see below).

The Fleming College Foundation Directors for 2024-25 are as follows:
