Student Health Services provide comprehensive, confidential healthcare to Fleming students and promotes wellness through education and preventative health measures. Our dedicated team of health professionals provide quality care in a warm and supportive environment. We are an appointment based medical clinic for all registered full-time and part-time students.
Booking an Appointment: Sutherland Campus, Peterborough
When booking an appointment with a Doctor or Nurse, you will be asked about the nature of your visit to ensure that an appropriate amount of time is booked to address your concerns.

***Under “What’s the Concern” Reason for Appointment please include:
1. Student ID number
2. Program
3. Peterborough Address
4. Domestic students only: Health card # with version code & expiry date
In this appointment, you will meet with the Advisor to review your vaccination history and book a doctor’s appointment for any needed vaccines, including a TB test. You will fill out the immunization form for uploading to Synergy.
Please bring:
a) immunization form from NARS website
b) Medical records from childhood
c) COVID vaccine certificates

Please have the following information available when booking an appointment:
- A valid health card or Morcare card
- Your student number
- Your current telephone number
- The reason for your visit
- If your appointment is for an immunization review or TB skin test, please bring a copy of any available immunization and TB skin test records.
Missed or Cancelled Appointments
Our team makes every effort to be on time for scheduled appointments and in return, we ask that you help us by keeping your scheduled appointments and notify us in advance when you are unable to do so. Health Services appointments are in high demand and your prompt cancellation will give another patient the opportunity to access timely medical care.
Appointments that are not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be subject to fees. To cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact Health Services by phone or email or leave a message that includes your first and last name, student number and the date and time of your appointment.
Late arrivals
Arriving late for your appointment could result in:
- Having to reschedule your appointment
- A missed appointment fee
- Longer waiting times for yourself and others
- Missing your deadlines for immunization for program placements
