Cheyenne Blaker                                      Indigenous Student Services Coordinator, Sutherland Campus

Cheyenne is a proud member of Alderville First Nations. Cheyenne started her academic and professional career at Fleming College’s Frost Campus in the Ecosystem Management program. Cheyenne utilized the Indigenous Student Services space daily and she contributes her post-secondary success to having the services provided by ISS.

Cheyenne went on to work in the environmental sector for nearly a decade before having the opportunity to work for Alderville’s Student Services helping support Indigenous youth. She quickly realized that she has a passion for supporting Indigenous people and enthusiastically jumped on the opportunity to work with Fleming College’s Indigenous Student Services, where she can help others like ISS helped her.
