Privacy of Information

In accordance with section 39(2) of the freedom of information and protection of privacy act, RSO 2006, personal information is collected under the legal authority of the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act, 2002. The information will be used to provide you with information on a regular basis that is relevant to you as an Indigenous student, and to compile statistical data regarding students who self-identify for required reporting to the Ministry of Training, Colleges & Universities.
