The Fleming ITS Department provides and supports most of the technology services at the College. We work closely with the school’s faculty & academic technologists to provide supporting infrastructure for technology used in academic delivery.

Paul Marchant, CISSP
Vice President, Information Technology and Digital Strategy
Paul Marchant was appointed Vice President of Information Technology and Digital Strategy in July 2024. Paul is responsible for leading the Information Technology Services (ITS) department and advancing the College’s digital & technology strategy as part of a new Technology and Digitization Transition Plan.
With a decade of dedicated service to the College, Paul has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in various positions with progressive responsibility. Before joining Fleming worked at Viceroy Homes, Environment Canada and TD Bank. Paul holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Toronto and holds a CISSP certification in cyber security.
