What’s the impact?

In-person IT Service Desk support will be paused for the duration of the strike. This includes:

• Access to the walk-up IT Service Desk counters at Sutherland & Frost campuses.
• Immediate classroom support for faculty/presenters, for any audio-visual or computer equipment.

Phone and web access to IT support remains available 24/7 by using the College’s TDX Service Portal or calling 1 (866) 353-6464 x4111.
