Refund Policy

Refunds must be submitted through the online refund request form.

1. When graduating or withdrawing from Fleming
2. A cardholder is entitled to one refund request per semester and the OneCard Office reserves the right to deny a refund to a cardholder who continuously submits refund requests

If you have money owing to the College for any outstanding fees, your meal plan refund will be realigned to pay any outstanding balance owed before any refund can be issued.

Note: Remaining meal plan funds are only eligible for refund after the student has either graduated or officially withdrawn from Fleming College.
