Use the Fleming College Online Parking Portal to purchase and manage parking permits, register vehicles, review parking activity, pay parking violations and submit appeals.
Access the Fleming College Online Parking Portal
The parking portal is part of the Ops-Com parking management system used by Fleming College. Information about the parking system, privacy and information security is available on the Parking Frequently Asked Questions page.
What Can I Do in the Portal?
Through the Online Parking Portal, you can:
- Purchase and manage parking permits
- Add or update registered vehicles
- Review your parking and payment history
- View and pay parking violations
- Submit an appeal for an eligible parking violation
- Join an available Premium Parking waitlist
Before You Begin
Have the following vehicle information available:
- Licence plate number
- Province or state of registration
- Vehicle make and model
- Vehicle year
- Vehicle colour
Licence plate information must be entered accurately. Fleming College uses Automatic Licence Plate Recognition to confirm parking authorization, and an incorrectly entered licence plate may result in a parking violation.
Registration and Permit Purchase Instructions
- Visit the Fleming College Online Parking Portal.
- Sign in using your Fleming College username and password.
- Review and complete your user profile. Select the user type that accurately describes your relationship with the College and your primary campus.
- Add at least one vehicle to your parking profile. You may register up to two vehicles on your profile.
- Select Permits to view the parking options and prices available to you.
- Select the appropriate permit, add it to your cart and complete the online payment process.
Parking permits must be purchased online. Physical permits, decals and receipts are not issued or required to be displayed because parking authorization is connected to the registered licence plate.
Registering More Than One Vehicle
A permit holder may register up to two vehicles on their parking profile. However, only one registered vehicle may be parked on College property at a time under a single permit.
Parking permits cannot be shared, rotated or used by multiple people. The permit holder is responsible for ensuring that all registered vehicle and licence plate information is accurate.
Premium Parking Waitlists
If your preferred Premium Parking option is unavailable, select the applicable Premium Parking waitlist through the portal. You will be notified if a space becomes available.
Joining a waitlist does not provide parking authorization. You must continue to maintain valid parking authorization for the area in which you park.
Parking Violations and Appeals
Parking violations can be viewed and paid through the Online Parking Portal.
Eligible violations may be appealed within 15 working days of the date they were issued. Appeals must be submitted by the registered permit holder or registered owner of the vehicle.
Submitting an appeal cancels any discounted payment amount associated with the violation. If the appeal is denied, the full penalty amount will be due. Appeal decisions are final.
