Fleming College may issue parking violations when a vehicle or individual fails to comply with the College’s Parking Regulations, posted signage or directions from authorized College personnel.
Parking violations can be viewed and paid through the Online Parking Services Portal.
1. Unauthorized Parking

Warnings and Enforcement
Except for accessible parking, fire-route, obstruction, safety, fraudulent-use and other serious violations, Parking Services may apply the established warning process before issuing a monetary violation.
Warnings are not guaranteed. A parking violation may be issued without a prior warning based on the nature of the violation or the individual’s parking history.
No more than one parking-authorization violation will normally be issued to the same licence plate in a calendar day. This does not prevent separate enforcement for accessible parking, fire routes, obstruction, unsafe conduct or other distinct serious violations occurring on the same day.
Repeated or deliberate non-compliance may result in additional enforcement action.
Additional Enforcement
Depending on the nature and seriousness of the violation, additional enforcement may include:
- Towing;
- Suspension or revocation of a parking permit;
- Restriction of parking privileges;
- Cleanup, remediation or damage-related costs; or
- Referral through an applicable student, employee or College administrative process.
Vehicles may be towed without warning when they create a safety risk, obstruct College operations, occupy a restricted area or demonstrate ongoing non-compliance.
All towing and storage costs are the responsibility of the vehicle owner or registered permit holder.
Payment Deadline and Late Fee
Parking violation penalties must be paid within 15 working days from the date the violation was issued.
Failure to pay within the required period will result in an additional $25 administrative fee being added to the original penalty.
Outstanding parking violations may affect eligibility to purchase or renew a parking permit and may result in further enforcement action.

Appealing a Parking Violation
An eligible Fleming College parking violation may be appealed through the Online Parking Services Portal within 15 working days from the date it was issued.
Submitting an appeal will cancel any discounted payment rate associated with the violation. If the appeal is denied, the full penalty amount will be due. Appeal decisions are final.

Municipal Parking Offence Notices
Municipal Parking Offence Notices are administered by the municipality that issued the notice. Payment and dispute instructions are provided directly on the municipal notice.
Municipal Parking Offence Notices cannot be paid or appealed through Fleming College or on campus.
