Bonnye joined Fleming College in December 2017 as the Finance Officer for SENRS. After working for 13 years at U.O.I.T (now called Ontario Tech University), Bonnye decided to make the move to a post-secondary institution closer to home. While at U.O.I.T, Bonnye worked in various roles and departments including financial roles in the Faculty of Science, Research Accounting, ACE Capital Project, Graduate Studies and as a Financial Analyst in the Finance department. Her last role was Manager of Finance and Administration for the Office of Student Life where she supported the AVP of Student Life, Student Mental Health Services, Varsity Athletics, Student Accessibility Services, Career Services, Student Learning Centre, Indigenous Services and International Student Services. Prior to working at U.O.I.T., Bonnye was the Office Manager for a law firm in Oshawa.
