Library Accessibility

Fleming Libraries are committed to the independence and integration of persons with disabilities and all who live, learn, work, plan, and invest in the Fleming community. Our facilities and services must also be capable of supporting the levels of assistance required by the community. Where the use of library facilities and/or services is not accessible, the Library will accommodate users with disabilities to examine resources, retrieve material, and obtain services.

Accessible Content E-Portal

The Accessible Content E-Portal (ACE) contains alternative formats of the print book collections of participating Ontario college and university libraries. Users at Fleming get access to the digitized titles that are part of our book collection (textbooks not included).

If you would like to research our print materials in an alternate format, please come to our Library Services Desk or contact us  at (705) 749-5530 extension 1516, and we can set you up with a login to our the E-Portal.

Research Assistance: In-person research services are available during regular library hours. Students and faculty may also contact staff with research questions through email (library@flemingcollege.ca), or by phone (705-749-5530). For those who require more in-depth assistance, one-on-one consultations may be booked with a member of the library staff.
