Launch of the new TDX Service Portal

When?

Beginning on Tuesday, June 25, 2024.

What?

The ITS Department is excited to announce the launch of Fleming’s new Team Dynamix (TDX) Service Portal. Our goal is to improve IT service delivery by providing a modern, efficient, and user-friendly way to find information, request services and resolve issues.

The TDX Service Portal is available at the following web address: tdx.flemingcollege.ca (Bookmark it now for future use.)

The new portal will improve access to service and support resources by providing:

  • a Service Catalog of all IT services
  • a Knowledge Base of common questions, how-to instructions, troubleshooting guides and related resources
  • the ability to request specific services and support, allowing your request to be quickly directed to the appropriate IT team
  • a client portal to view and update the status of your IT tickets

How do I request IT Support?

As of June 25th, the ITS Department will no longer be accepting IT support requests via email to itsupport@flemingcollege.ca.

The TDX Service Portal will instead become the primary method by which users request IT services and support. The steps are:

  1. Visit the TDX Service Portal (tdx.flemingcollege.ca)
  2. Browse (or search) the Service Catalog to find the appropriate service/support item.
  3. Click the [ Create Ticket ] (or similar) action/request button. (Login required)
  4. Submit the form to generate a new ticket

You will receive an email confirmation that your ticket was created. Email notifications will also be sent for any ticket updates or correspondence with the IT staff member assigned to work on your request. You can reply to these TDX system generated emails when communicating about a specific ticket, you just can’t initiate a new ticket via email.

Access to in-person and phone-based IT support services remains unchanged. During business hours you can access these services by calling 1-(866)-353-6464 x4111 or visiting room C2.102 at Sutherland Campus or room FR-340 at Frost Campus.
