Prior to attending campus, all employees, students, vendors/contractors, and visitors are required to provide proof of vaccination (POV), show personal Gov’t ID, and complete the daily COVID-19 screening to access our buildings.

For those without access to a mobile phone, please complete your daily screening here on your home desktop computer. You must bring a printed copy of your successfully passed screening to show the screening booth when entering our campus locations. Please note: all fields must be visible and your badge is only valid 12 hours from the time of completion.

FAST Lane – Available to those with a Onecard, Vaccine Passport, and Mobile Fleming Safe App. Upon entry Tap/Show your OneCard and show your daily screening “green badge” to screen in. If you fail to pass the daily screening, please do not come to campus. Follow the instructions provided and notify your faculty member or manager of your absence.
