Step 1 – Appeal to Faculty and Faculty Decision

(to be submitted no more than ten (10) days after receiving a final grade)

(faculty must complete this form and send the decision to students within three (3) days of submission)
If students do not receive a response to their appeal to faculty within three (3) days of submission, the student should contact the Program Co-ordinator for assistance.
Step 2 – If necessary, Appeal to Panel

(to be submitted within three (3) days of receiving the faculty decision to the Dean of the School)
Student who do not receive a response from the Dean within five (5) days of submitting an appeal can contact Melissa MacDougall for assistance.
Step 3 – IF the appeal procedures were not adhered to, students may submit an Appeal Panel Review.
