Academic Probation Contract

As outlined in our Academic Regulations, any student with a semester GPAof less than 1.0 and/or did not achieve a passing grade in 66 2/3rds of the courses, will be placed on Academic Probation, subject to the development of a formal Academic Probation Contract with the Program Co-ordinator for their probationary term.

Sections 1 of the Academic Probation Contract needs to be completed by the student prior to meeting with their Program Coordinator.
