This 60–90–minute interactive workshop gives an overview of anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and the associated stigma.

Chai with Rodney – In Person – Sutherland Campus
Chai with Rodney is a drop-in for any Black, Indigenous, People of colour (BIPOC) wishing to discuss their experience as a BIPOC person and to connect with other BIPOC students on campus. In this group we will discuss ways to build community, support each other in our mental wellness, and discuss topics specific to your experience as a BIPOC student at Fleming College.

The Road Ahead Mobile Wellness Clinic

Fleming Counselling Services, in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association Haliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge (CMHA HKPR), is excited to announce the arrival of “The Road Ahead Mobile Wellness Clinic” at our campus communities.
The mobile clinic provides a full range of flexible and responsive services tailored to meet the unique needs of students, including:
- Counselling and mental health support.
- Addictions and substance use support.
- Health and mental health education.
- Advice on accessing additional mental health support in the community.
- Clinics are free to attend, are walk-in only and will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Students are asked to bring their student card with them to access the clinic.
