Chai with Rodney – In Person – Sutherland & Frost Campus

Chai with Rodney is a drop-in for any racialized student wishing to discuss their experience as a racialized person and to connect with other racialized students on campus. In this group we will discuss ways to build community, support each other in our mental wellness, and discuss topics specific to your experience as a racialized student at Fleming College.

Queer Connections is a drop-in group for any 2SLGBTQIA+ Fleming students wishing to connect with other 2SLGBTQIA+ students on campus. In this group, we will discuss topics related to queerness, mental wellness, and discuss topics specific to your experiences as a 2SLGBTQIA+ student at Fleming College. 

This group is facilitated by Emily Springgay (she/her), a 2SLGBTQIA+ Personal Wellness Counsellor at Fleming College.

Social Connect, Club for the Neurodiverse!

This is a drop-in group for any student who identifies as neurodiverse. This includes ADHD, LD, ASD, and mental health conditions.

 This club is an opportunity to:

  • Foster a growth mindset while building skills, connections, and relationships with peers in a supportive environment.
  • Explore topics related to college life, resilience, persistence, wellness, and communication.
  • Participate in games, arts and crafts, de-stress and have fun!
