To access Counselling Services, call counselling reception at the campus you attend. Contact information is listed on the right of this page.

If you choose, you can complete and submit an intake form online.
Download the Personal Wellness Intake Form from the link below.
Instructions for submitting the completed document are on the form.
Once submitted please call Counselling & Accessible Education Services to book your appointment.

Please note that forms submitted electronically will only be accessed during business hours 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. If you are in crisis and require a more immediate response please refer to the information in the box below.

To Cancel an Appointment

To cancel an appointment, please contact your Counselling & Accessible Education Services office either by calling or sending an email. If you can, please include an explanation for the cancellation and whether you plan to rebook your appointment. Counsellors generally do not initiate contact with students who miss appointments unless it was due to a serious physical or mental health issue.
