FAQ’s

Q:  What is counselling?
A:  Counselling is an interactive process that can help you address a range of issues that may be affecting your academic success and personal well-being.  We offer short-term,  solution focused, supportive counselling in a safe, non-judgmental setting.  If you and/or your counsellor decide that you require more intensive or longer-term therapy, we can facilitate a referral to an outside agency that will better suit your needs.
