International students can now attend one of our immigration drop-in sessions on campus and in-person during the following times:

Tuesday – 11AM to 12PM, 2PM to 3PM

Wednesday – 10AM to 11AM, 2PM to 3PM

Thursday – 11AM to 12PM, 2PM to 3PM

Friday – 10AM to 11AM, 1PM to 2PM

Before your appointment

1. Be prepared. Write the points you would like to discuss
2. Gather your study permit/co-op work permit or any other documentation you will need to refer to during the meeting
3. Search for your student number. You will be required to provide it during the meeting
4. Plan to arrive early and before the drop-in begins as meetings are on a first come first serve basis
