International students can now attend one of our immigration drop-in sessions on campus and in-person during the following times:

Sutherland Campus

September 08 – 10AM to 11AM

September 09 – 11AM to 12PM and 2PM to 3PM

September 10 – 2PM to 3PM

September 11 – 11:30AM to 12:30PM and 2PM to 3PM

September 12 – 10AM to 11AM and 1PM to 2PM

Frost Campus

September 08 – 2PM to 3PM

September 10 – 11AM to 12PM

Before your appointment

1. Be prepared. Write the points you would like to discuss
2. Gather your study permit/co-op work permit or any other documentation you will need to refer to during the meeting
3. Search for your student number. You will be required to provide it during the meeting
4. Plan to arrive early and before the drop-in begins as meetings are on a first come first serve basis
