International students can now book same day appointment only with International Student Advisors.

Students can book it on the iCent app under the Appointment Icon on the same day only (today’s date). The meeting can be in-person (Sutherland Campus room C2100) or virtual (Microsoft Teams). Please see below schedule.

Note: Please cancel ahead of time if you cannot make it to the meeting as a no-show (not attending the meeting) could restrict you from making future bookings.

Monday – 10AM to 11AM, 1PM to 2PM

Tuesday – 11AM to 12PM, 2PM to 3PM

Wednesday – 10AM to 11AM, 2PM to 3PM

Thursday – 11AM to 12PM, 2PM to 3PM

Friday – 10AM to 11AM, 1PM to 2PM

Book on iCent (same day booking only)

1. Log in/Open your iCent app
2. Select the Appointment Icon
3. Select the Reason (Immigration Advising)
4. Select today’s date
5. Select the time that’s available and complete the information required
6. Submit and then email confirmation will be sent

Before your appointment

1. Be prepared. Write the points you would like to discuss
2. Gather your study permit/co-op work permit or any other documentation you will need to refer to during the meeting
3. Search for your student number. You will be required to provide it during the meeting
4. Plan to arrive early and before the meeting
