The table below describes common issues that you may encounter when trying to use the self-service registration functionality.

| Error: Unable to complete your request. You do not have access to perform this transaction at this time. | Class is reserved for a specific program and you are not registered in this program. |
| Error: Class 3381 is full. If a wait list is available, click Add Another Class to return to step 1. Click the class link, select the wait list option and resubmit your request. | Class is full, select another or check back later. |
| Error: You are unable to enrol in this class at this time. Available seats are reserved and you do not meet the reserve capacity requirements. | There are open seats but they are reserved for another program. Select another class or try again later. |
| Error: You are already enrolled in this class. Multiple enrolment for this class is not allowed. | You already have that course on your timetable |
| Error: You cannot add this class due to a time conflict with class ####. Select another class. | Class will conflict with another you already have on your schedule. Choose another section (if possible) of the class or another course entirely. |
