Failed Screening Protocol

If you have a failed either the In-Person Screening or the Fleming Safe App Self-Screening, you are not permitted to access Fleming College buildings until your failed screening is resolved and you are reauthorized to enter by the College or Public Health.

Please take the following steps to assess your situation, report your COVID status and support your eventual return to campus:

1. Notify your Manager, Faculty Member/Chair that you were denied entry and the reason why.

2. Seek guidance from Public Health on whether you need to get a COVID-19 test or not or if you need to self-isolate. Two options:

3. Follow the guidance you received from the Online Assessment or Public Health Unit with regard to testing or self-isolating.

4. Once you have received this guidance, please complete the online College COVID Report Form, located on the College Health & Safety Website so we can contact you and support your return to campus:

Your building access has been suspended until safe re-entry has been approved by the College or Public Health Unit.
