Campus Security offers a free, one day course to female students and employees to enhance their personal safety awareness and skills. The course is normally run once per semester on a Saturday and an email notification will be sent out a few weeks before the course to allow time for registration.

The content of the course was developed by R.A.D. Systems specifically women and includes:
1. Awareness and Avoidance Strategies
2. Physical Defence Skills Training
3. Simulated Aggressor Exercise
The majority of the instructors are female and at no time will a male instructor be teaching a course without at least one female instructor present. Participation in the Simulated Aggressor Exercise is not mandatory.
