Residence Fees

Residence fees are based on two consecutive semesters (indicated below). Fees below are effective September 2025. For other stay durations and rates, contact the office.

Application Processing Fee: $75 (non-refundable)
Caution/Key Deposit: $400
Residence Council Fee $50
Sutherland Residence: $8,476*
(Two 15-week semesters – Fall & Winter)

* It is the student’s responsibility to ensure payment is received by the college on or before due dates. Should a late instalment payment occur, a late fee charge of $75 will be applied to the student’s account. There will be an additional $30 fee for returned cheques or payments returned to the college for any reason.

NOW WHAT?

Please login to the Housing Portal to view instructions on how to secure your room offer.

Please check your email and portal account regularly.

Once you have secured your room offer, navigate to your Residence Financials page to view your outstanding Residence fees, due dates, and payment options.

Cancellation fees apply once a room offer has been accepted and the deposit has been paid.
Failure to adhere to payment deadlines will result in room cancellations. Late fees may also apply.

A residence room offer is made with the condition that students accept their offer of admission to Fleming and meet all the necessary deadlines for tuition fee payment and provide any outstanding marks required to become a fully registered student.

If you have a change of plans about living in Residence, and wish to cancel your room offer

Please login to the Housing Portal and navigate to your current application.

Navigate to the Application Status Page and click the “Cancel Application” link.
