Book Your Move In Timeslot

All timeslots will be 30 minutes in length. This time is for you to unload your vehicle from the drop off zone and we request that you arrive 10 minutes before your chosen move in timeslot.

To select your move in/out timeslot:

1. Login to the Housing Portal – https://residence.flemingcollege.ca/StarRezPortalX
2. Click on Manage My Booking
3. Choose Book My Timeslot
4. Choose Book My Move In/Out Timeslot
5. Click on an available timeslot

You will receive an email confirming your chosen timeslot. You can cancel your chosen timeslot and choose a new one if you wish. Please note – once you cancel your timeslot it will be immediately available to other students so please make sure you choose your new timeslot.
