Residence Fees

Residence fees are based on two consecutive semesters (indicated below). Fees below are effective September 2023. For other stay durations and rates, contact the office.

Application Processing Fee – $75 (non-refundable)
Caution/Key Deposit – $400
Residence Council Fee – $50
Frost Residence: – $7,800*
(Two 15-week semesters – Fall & Winter)

* It is the student’s responsibility to ensure payment is received by the college on or before due dates. Should a late installment payment occur, a late fee charge of $75 will be applied to the student’s account. There will be an additional $30 fee for returned cheques or payments returned to the college for any reason.

I'VE BEEN ACCEPTED TO RESIDENCE! NOW WHAT?

YOU HAVE BEEN OFFERED A ROOM
Please login to the Housing Portal to accept your room offer. Follow the instructions on the portal on completing forms and how to make a payment.

FAILURE TO ADHERE TO PAYMENT DEADLINE DATES WILL RESULT IN ROOM CANCELLATIONS. LATE FEES MAY ALSO APPLY.

A residence room offer is made with the condition that students accept their offer of admission to Fleming and meet all the necessary deadlines for tuition fee payment and provide any outstanding marks required to become a fully registered student.

If you have a change of plans about living in residence, please notify the RESIDENCE OFFICE by email or fax, as there is a long waitlist of students interested in a room.
