Accessible Education Online Services

COVID-19 Update

AESTesting will not be administering any in-person quizzes, tests, or exams for the semester.

We are working closely with the Testing Centre and Faculty to support students with arranging test accommodations. With the various platforms available for online testing, AES students are encouraged to schedule their tests using the AES online test booking system to ensure required test accommodations are arranged and available on the test day.

For online testing, students will require a computer, reliable internet connection, audio capabilities, and in some cases, a webcam and access to WebEx.

If you are a student registered with Accessible Education Services (AES), you can access some of our online services such as:

  • View your Letter of Accommodation
  • Book an accommodated test with the AES Testing Centre
  • View your upcoming appointments with AES

If you are teaching a course at the college, you can access some of our online services such as:

  • View Letters of Accommodation for students in your class
  • Add and approve accommodated test booking requests

Students:

Booking an accommodated test/exam is easy using the online Accommodated Testing Booking Wizard.
If you’re ready to schedule your test you can Log in to the AES Test Booking System and start now, or if you still have questions on how online accommodated testing works, visit the FAQ section.

Please Note: Test Booking Requests must be completed online 1 week (7 calendar days) prior to the scheduled test/exam.

Our student tutorial section has both an online video and PDF walk through to help you with scheduling your tests.

Faculty:

When a student in your class registers with AES, you will receive an email to log in and view their Letter of Accommodation.

When a student has booked a test using the online Accommodated Test Booking Wizard, you will receive an email to log in and confirm the test request.
You also have the option to log in and input all of your test information beforehand.  This way makes it easier for students to book their tests.

Log in to our online services website and review letters of accommodation and student test requests.  You can use the help files or online tutorials listed below to walk you through the process.
