A hands-free replacement for a computer mouse. Used in cases where the hands cannot be used. The No Hands mouse consists of two foot pedals – one acts as the mouse buttons and the other is a foot-operated joystick for cursor control. The direction is determined by the direction the pedal is tilted and the speed of the cursor is determined by the pressure.
