Applicants will receive residence offers via email. Be sure to check the e-mail account listed on your residence application for communication from our office on a regular basis. The Housing Portal and e-mail are our primary methods of communicating with applicants.

NOW WHAT?

Please login to the Housing Portal to view instructions on how to secure your room offer.

Please check your email and portal account regularly.

Once you have secured your room offer, navigate to your Residence Financials page to view your outstanding Residence fees, due dates, and payment options.

Cancellation fees apply once a room offer has been accepted and the deposit has been paid.
Failure to adhere to payment deadlines will result in room cancellations. Late fees may also apply.

A residence room offer is made with the condition that students accept their offer of admission to Fleming and meet all the necessary deadlines for tuition fee payment and provide any outstanding marks required to become a fully registered student.

If you have a change of plans about living in Residence, and wish to cancel your room offer

Please login to the Housing Portal and navigate to your current application.

Navigate to the Application Status Page and click the “Cancel Application” link.

Please refer to the Termination of Residency policy to review cancellation charges.
