To request a Fleming Residence Room Change, you must complete the Room Change Request form on the Housing Portal. Room changes are approved only in extenuating circumstances and often require a meeting with staff. For issues with a suitemate, follow the suggestions on our Tips & Suggestions on Suitemate Conflicts page. Residence and Housing Services may only process one suitemate-related room change per contract. Be aware of potential fees, such as a $150 fee for approved changes at Fleming.
