Rate Schedules:

Rates of pay for part-time and student employees are determined by College administration and approved by the Board of Governors Human resources Committee.

Rate Schedules for Non-Classified Positions  (as of February 1, 2022)
Note: Non-classified positions receive wage increases in accordance with the terms of the PT Support Collective Agreement

Position Hourly Rate
Life Model-Haliburton $18.91
Yoga/Pilates certified $31.94

In addition to the above hourly rates for Non-Classified Positions & Student Workers, the employee will be paid vacation pay on a biweekly basis, in accordance with the Employment Standards Act, 2000.

  • Leave of Absences  : PD Leave, Maternity/Parental, & Unpaid (Unpaid LOA, Annual Temporary Leave of Absence)
