Recruiting Employees

The ability to attract and retain staff of the highest calibre, along with a strategic, professional approach to recruitment is essential to ensuring the long-term success of our organization. The oversight and support of the College’s hiring process is one of the key methods by which Human Resources supports Fleming’s Strategic Plan.

This page contains links to documents which will help managers apply a consistent approach to the recruitment and selection of staff while ensuring that they are also able to meet requirements of the Support Staff and Academic Employee Collective Agreements as well as all other relevant employment and human rights legislation.

For information on the College’s commitment to building an inclusive and accessible learning and working environment, please visit our Accessibility At Fleming College Page.  Accessibility is the recruitment, accommodation and full participation of employees with disabilities in the workplace. Please see The Employer’s Toolkit: Making Workplaces Accessible to People With Disabilities for more information.

Should you have any questions with regards to recruitment of Full or Part Time Staff please contact your Human Resources Consultant.
