Tuition Reimbursement

To facilitate the ongoing development of employees, Fleming College provides Tuition Reimbursement to assist with the cost of obtaining post-secondary credentials, outside of Fleming.  The program of study must be offered by an accredited post-secondary institution and must result in a formal certificate, diploma, or degree.  Eligible Employees are entitled to receive reimbursement for up to 50% of fees paid towards the enrollment of pre-approved courses.  The cost of books, supplies, travel, etc. are not eligible for reimbursement.

An employee must have an approved Program Application on file before beginning their studies.  Program Applications undergo SMT review biannually.

Please submit your Tuition Reimbursement – Expense Form (3-346B-02) through Finance’s Expense Module: My Self Service>Travel and Expenses>Expense Reports>My Expense.  Processed payments will be deposited to the same bank account as your pay.  Instructions on how to create an expense report can be found in the Helpful Resources section, above.
